ENROLLMENT PROCESS

WHICH IS THE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE?
After registration from the link sent by the Administration office, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, at the address entered during registration.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

What documents are required to complete the registration?
The documents are:
- Digital copy of the player’s front and back identity document
- Digital copy of the identity document on both sides of the parent/guardian-at-litem
The following must be completed, signed and scanned:
- Soccer School Regulations
- Disclosure and release for videos and images of the minor
The listed documents must be uploaded in the registration form sent by the Administration Office. Once the online form has been filled out, in order to complete the registration, you must go to the Soccer School Office for payment and final enrollment (if you paid by bank transfer, you will proceed directly to final enrollment).

What document does my child need to bring on the enrollment day?
It is mandatory to bring
- Guardian / parent identity document
- Identity document of the Card
a Non-competitive Sports Medical Certificate is also required, valid for the entire sporting season (valid until the end of June). This certificate must be:
- issued by a Sports Physician operating in accredited structures (ASL or Private provided that they have a Regional Authorization) or by their Basic Pediatrician and must report the time reference (date) relating to the execution of an electrocardiogram
- must have must be delivered before the start of the courses. In his absence or term of validity, the Student cannot participate in the activities of the Football School;
Furthermore, please remember to bring the documents and the authorization, related to the person who takes the child back in the evening (if different from the parent/s).

What are the AS Roma Football School coaches qualifications?
The AS Roma Football School is organized by highly qualified coaching staff from AS Roma
- All coaches are recognized by the Italian Football Federation and/or are graduates in Physical Education
- The safety and wellness of your child is AS Roma’s highest priority during the entire Football School duration

Will there be a doctor/physiotherapist during the Football School?
Yes, all training sessions will be carried out only and exclusively in the presence of a doctor/physiotherapists who will be at the facility during the entire football school.
FOOTBALL SCHOOL INFORMATIONS

How many training sessions will my child be participating in during the day?
The training schedule will be communicated by the Administrative Office at the beginning of the season

As a parent, will I be able to watch my child’s practice sessions?
At the Olympic Center Giulio Onesti, Pio XI Sports Center it will be possible to watch your child’s practice sessions

MY SON CAN BE ACCOMPANIED BY A DIFFERENT PERSON THAN A PARENT?
Yes, it is possible that at the end of the day a different person than could pick-up the kid, It is mandatory to provide since the beginning of the season a written and signed authorization

WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL BE CARRIED OUT DURING SOCCER SCHOOL?
The Football School will participate in the Official F.I.G.C. activities with the teams from the Rookies, Little League and First Kicks categories and will also attend the federal initiatives reserved for the Little Friends category.
Special events (tournaments, parties, meetings with other sports clubs) will be organized for all the players of the football school. -
WHAT ARE THE ACCESS RULES TO THE "GIULIO ONESTI" TRAINING SESSIONS?
The entrance of the player for training session at the “Giulio Onesti” are regulated as follows:
20′ minutes before the training time, the Parents must leave the Children at the Club House; from this the accompanying managers will accompany the boys/girls to the locker rooms.
Exclusively for those born in 2014 and 2015, the presence of 1 Parent for each player in the locker room will be allowed;

How old does my child need to be to participate?
AS Roma Football School is open to all boys and girls aged 6 – 13 years old

Can girls participate?
Yes, all girls are welcome participate in a Football School between ages 6 – 13 years old
Our aim is to develop and enhance female football in Italy

My child does not play football for any club. Can he/she still participate?
AS Roma Football School is open to all boys and girls aged 6 – 13 years old regardless of previous competitive or non-competitive football experience
The AS Roma coach will help each participant, taking your child’s football skills as base where to start training

Does my child need to play for a Club or school to join?
It is not a requirement that your child plays for a football club or school football team in order to join the Football School

MY SON IS A PLAYER FOR ANOTHER FOOTBALL CLUB/SCHOOL, CAN HE/SHE BE ENROLLED?
If the kid plays for a football team different from AS Roma, he/she may still participate in the AS Roma football school, by providing a formal letter from the football team he belongs to, that authorizes such enrollment.
Without the authorization letter, the player will not be admitted to the football school.

My child is a goalkeeper. Does AS Roma provide specific courses for goalkeepers?
Yes, AS Roma Football scoffer training sessions for goalkeepers. This information can be communicated to AS Roma when filling in the form

Does my child need to provide a medical certificate?

Is there somewhere safe my child can keep their valuables?
Valuables can be locked away inside the locker rooms.
The company is not liable for objects left unattended

WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE FOOTBALL SCHOOL FOLLOWING THE COVID-19?
It is possible to start playing football again with the new season. We are currently committed to preparing all activities in the best possible way in compliance with the rules of the Italian Government.
